Digital Assets Philippines Media Network
The Open Use Content License (OUCL) defines how individuals, creators, educators, journalists, and online publishers may reuse, share, adapt, or republish content sourced from LayagPH.
This license applies to text-based content only, unless a specific exception is explicitly stated.
1. What Content Is Covered
OUCL applies to:
News summaries
Article descriptions
Excerpts
Headlines
AI-assisted text generated by ENGINE360
Editorial content (unless marked “Restricted”)
OUCL does NOT automatically apply to:
Images
Videos
Logos
Third-party sourced media
See Section 5 for image and media rules.
2. Permissions Granted (You May)
Under OUCL, you are allowed to:
a) Share
Repost, quote, or share LayagPH content on:
Blogs
Social media
Messaging apps
Community forums
b) Adapt
Create derivative summaries, commentary, or expanded discussions.
c) Translate
Convert content into another language (with attribution).
d) Use for Education
Teachers, students, and researchers may reuse content freely in:
Reports
Assignments
Presentations
Learning materials
e) Include in Creative Projects
You may incorporate text-based content into:
Videos
Podcasts
Digital storytelling
Compilation projects
Commercial use is allowed as long as attribution is provided.
3. Attribution Requirement
All permitted use must include clear attribution:

4. Restrictions (You May NOT)
Under OUCL, you are not allowed to:
Copy entire articles without attribution
Misrepresent LayagPH as your own reporting agency
Use LayagPH content to spread misinformation
Use AI to clone LayagPH identity, brand voice, or authorship
Sell LayagPH articles in paid databases, e-books, or content packs
Remove attribution when republishing excerpts
5. Images, Media & Asset Rules
Images on LayagPH may come from:
Licensed stock providers (Pexels, Vecteezy, Unsplash)
AI-generated sources
Proprietary DigitalAssetsPH media
IMAGE REUSE IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY PERMITTED.
You MAY NOT:
Republish images outside LayagPH
Use images commercially
Remove watermarks
If you want commercial image rights, contact the original provider.
6. Editorial Integrity Clause
When quoting, adapting, or remixing LayagPH content:
You must not alter the meaning in a way that:
Misleads the public
Manufactures false or harmful narratives
Misattributes statements or opinions
Faithful representation is required.
7. Automated and AI-Based Use
AI systems, bots, or scraping tools may use LayagPH content only if they:
Attribute the source
Do not reproduce full articles at scale
Do not interfere with site operations
Respect robots.txt rules
Training large-language models on LayagPH content requires explicit written permission.
8. Termination of Rights
OUCL rights may be revoked for:
Systematic scraping
Commercial misuse
Removal of attribution
Harmful or deceptive use of content
Digital Assets Philippines reserves the right to enforce compliance.

OUCL is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
